My name is SeAira J I am the Owner & Executive Chef of SeAiraJ Creations, now Experiences! At 30 years old I moved from my hometown in South Jersey to a whole new country Tulum, Mexico. I have been a fine dining chef since I was 17 years old graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, GA. My talents and creations having taken me to some of the most unique food cultivating places all over the world. From fine dining  5 star restaurants, to Michelin Star Hotels , celebrity clients and personal Chef for the Hotel Hershey's CEO Ted Kleisner. Even at a young age my expertise in the kitchen goes far beyond the minimum standard. I provide a personal unique experience for all of my clients whether we are celebrating a birthday, a romantic night for two or just a getaway at the beach. I am here for your special occasion. Not only am I Tulum's only Black Female Chef from USA, I also host the only ATV/Cenote Tours out of Tulum. I truly pride myself on being able to share this experience with the locals and finest ingredients.
