I'm SeAira J, Owner and Executive Chef of SeAiraJ Experiences. Tulum's only Black female chef from the USA, bringing a career built in fine dining kitchens to private tables across the Riviera Maya.

I trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, graduating into fine dining at 17. Since then my work has taken me through 5-star restaurants, Michelin properties, celebrity clients, and a personal chef role for Hotel Hershey's CEO, Ted Kleisner.

At 30, I left my hometown in South Jersey for a new life in Tulum, Mexico. That same standard of craft now shapes every private dinner, brunch, and celebration I create here.
